IT lawyer or legal counsel
You translate the EU AI Act and the GDPR into testable criteria: which obligation, which control, which evidence. You contribute to the risk assessments and to the legal structure of the audit.
What we are looking for: a master's degree in IT law, and the ability to turn a norm into something that can be verified in a system.
AI and data engineers
You work on the alignment of a European open-weight model to ERP data, and on the connectors that link it to SAP S/4HANA within an air-gapped environment. The aim is not a demonstration but a measurable result against a fixed baseline.
What we are looking for: a master's degree in computer science, data science or engineering, and experience with AI or data integration. Experience with alignment methods is an advantage, not a requirement — that step we take together, following a protocol set in advance.
Infrastructure and hardware engineer
You set up the isolated environment at our data centre partner: leased GPU capacity and storage in dedicated racks, containerised workloads, no open internet access. You are the architect of that setup and keep it operational.
What we are looking for: a master's degree, and experience with IT infrastructure and data centre operations. You work closely with the AI and data engineers.
